Two years have past since I've been blogging regularly. I suppose I just let life get in the way a little bit. People aren't kidding when they say that blogging is a LOT of work. After filling up an entire moleskin journal this summer during my time Interning in NYC I've re discovered a love for writing things down. Even if its just for me.
I wish I blogged this summer. I was living in Greenwich Village, smack in the heart of NYC working in the skyscraper that is the time warner building for turner broadcasting right on Central Park. Sounds amazing right? It was. Not only a completely life changing experience but it was for the most part all free. I'd won a fellowship from the International Radio and Television Society (IRTS) which paid for my flights to and from Chicago and my stay in one of the NYU dorms. In my program we joked that you can only live in Greenwich now- at the start of our careers- and in 30 years when were all high up network execs.
